I have a totally clear view of the hotel from the window, but of course three blocks away.  But nothing in the way.  I'll PM you my phone number?

I'm at 275 Portage - kitty-corner to the Radisson.  I have a great view of the nest ledge, but can't see the west side/nest box.  I was thinking that MH is in the Rogers Building, which looks to me like there would be a great view of the nest box, hadn't thought about the Newport...
Sure, I could call you when we see him - do you have a good view of the tower on the Radisson?

I'm at 360 Main -- Commodity Exchange Tower, often but incorrectly called "The Trizec Building".  But I'm not in watching the blog during the day so I wouldn't see a post.  Thanks for offering, tho!  Maybe you could call me??  And which one is the Kensington Bldg, btw?  I looked yesterday for names on bldgs looking specifically for that, but didn't see it.  Not that I read all of the names!

And I assume Mother Hen is in Newport Centre...?

I'm obviously picking the wrong times because I look at those darned towers frequently, and I've haven't seen him once this year.  Saw him lots last year.  But I will keep on watching!  Thanks, Pam.

Trey was on the tower for quite a while today, got a couple of pictures (which I'll send you tonight, Tracy).   Not great, but proof that he's there!  He flew around a bit right in front of my window this morning, too - gorgeous.  I wasn't fast enough with the camera that time!

lol, TPC!  Okay, so I know they're all God's creatures, but I wouldn't miss a few crows!

I'm glad Trey was spotted today, because I'm on day 4 this week w/o seeing either one of them.  Frustrating!  I'll go on the theory that they are nesting, and forgive them when the camera comes back on!   :D

Its crow harassment season at the moment.  Watched a crow try to defend itself in mid-air from a merlin that was giving it grief.  The crow would flip over to try to grap the merlin (or at least warn the merlin that s/he was going to fight back) with his feet.  Merlin was quick and smart enough not to come that close.  Wicked size difference - just goes to prove that size ain't everything  ;D

Yay!!!-  ;D - keep an eye out for Princess MH..., maybe she's in the box?? - I'd think pigeons would be afraid of peregrines, not chase them around? ???

Our boy has been sited....sitting on the tower looking around this morning Jun 19. I have not seen Princess this week. Is she nesting? This morning,  looking thru my sun roof I noticed a bunch of pigeons chasing a larger bird?? Not sure what that was about? Will pigeons chase the peregrines away from their nest? Any one see Princess these last few days?

It's so good to have someone on the frontlines :D  I'm happy they are still being spotted.  Well, one of them anyway.  Talk about excitement!  You all sound like I did last night when I saw the Brandon family. ;D

I'm so glad to hear that, because I parked myself across Portage this afternoon and stared up at the hotel for ages.  The only bird I saw in the sky was the traffic whirlybird!  lol
