I would be vastly reassured if mom or dad showed up for a feeding, and the chicks gobbled everything down.  Mind you, I believe I heard the parents a couple of times, but still...

He's breathing, I can see him clearly ...little body moving up and down.  I should also mention that when I turned on the cam earlier before I posted..he was standing up a minute and then he tucked down there for a nap.

geez .. with bella gone ... i can't help watching the whiter one sleeping .... and my picture keeps freezing .. so then it looks like the whiter one stops breather ...

so good to see these boys! very sad about Bella though. I remember I read somewhere that only 50% survive the first year.

 :o  Wow is right, dark feathers galore!  I'm glad to see they're doing well and they're keeping a close eye on them.  Question: Are the adults affected by Trichomoniasis as well or are they pretty much immuned to it?
