I can just see some poor befuddled soul standing in a bookstore trying to read that title!

..... a nice white chest was doing circles going higher and higher ... and higher..with the occasional little flap.

That is a great visual for a TGIF afternoon, Msd.

There was a couple flying around on my way home tonight.  I say a couple, but it could either be the two of them were flying about, then i'd loose them.  Then i'd see 2 on the Hyrdo building then a few minutes later there would be a couple flying over citi place.

When 2 of them landed on the hydro building roof there sure was alot of cacking going on.

One, I think and adult cause there was a nice white chest was doing circles going higher and higher ... and higher..with the occasional little flap.

It didn't fall to the street, just bent over the edge. I had a bird's-eye view from my roof, the firemen secured the tower with rope and managed to bring it back onto the roof. No one was hurt. Took the birdies a while to appear, but when they did, it was the whole family circling, squawking and letting the firemen know that the peregrines own the roof. ;D ;D
Streets are open again.

Eye-Spy made a run down to the Hotel during all the excitement and was happy to report that the tower missed the spycam both inside and outside the "wall".  The firefighters & workmen pulled the tower back in onto the roof apparently and dropped it gently into the corner where the boom for the spycam is attached to the roof - missed the boom by millimetres but still missed it so no worries there.  Bccs has sent me some photos which I'll see about posting to the gallery this weekend - shows the worker/firefighter, crumpled tower and spycam!

Saw 2 birds this morning on the Rogers Building.  One was sitting on a round dish and another was sitting close by on a horizontal bar that goes from one antena to another.

All quiet though
