Poor wet birdie in the nest box. And I am only guessing that it's Brooklyn, by size.  :-\

And the weather forecast calls for more of the same this weekend. :P

And thanks to CBC - Terry & Marcie seem to mention the Falcon Cam every morning.

Mornings are good for mealtimes and they like everyone else love watching the chicks get fed!  :)

BTW the bird in RCF's image is Brooklyn - he of the neon white breast and cheek patch ... Hurricane's cheek patch looks blurred or smudged ...

Good tip on telling the two apart.

Wonderful job everyone - thank you so much. And thanks to CBC - Terry & Marcie seem to mention the Falcon Cam every morning.

Have to begin to learn to identify these birds. Is that Hurricane in the nestbox right now? :-\

Hurricane is bigger than Brooklyn but she's still a smallish female so the next easiest way is to look at the bird's breast and cheek patch - if the white looks very bright white then its Brooklyn.  If you can only see the cheek patch, if the edge of the cheek patch is sharp and clear, then it's Brooklyn, if it looks kind of smudged, that's Hurricane.

Um.. . . . . .not sure how to break this to everyone. . . . .

At around 4pm I was watching Princess, Ivy & the kids and decided to flip over to the Brandon tab . . . . ."just in case"  Got the usual ad first, then live shot of bird apparently incubating.

I just checked again now, and yes, Brandon appears to be live.  Could be CBC is just testing, but for the past few hours anyway, I've got a live shot in Brandon.  Right now a cute close up of parent snoozing on egg-pile!!!!!

Eye-spy you have outdone yourself again!!! Great picture.  Thanks to CBC, Tpc, ES,Dennis and all.  How wonderful to have two cameras this year to cover both cities.
