No nothing yet KC but no news could be good news - I truly hope so!  Perhaps birds, like humans, suffer from some memory loss after a head injury.  I hope he's flying free and is happy  :-*

It's been quiet and calm here hence the lack of updates.  Both SW and Boomer have been spotted by C&C and no sign of Ranger yet however with the days getting longer now that may change!

Thanks for voicing your perspective on things, where Ranger is concerned, TPC. :) So I won't worry about him anymore, at least for a few weeks! ;)

Given that its the middle of the winter even in Ohio, chances are he sees no biological need to rush back to the Tower.  He's off hunting and doing things the peregrines do in the off-season.  Also, it is just as likely he has been back to check out the nestsite but its not like spring when they want to put their toes all over what is there.  He flies past, maybe sees SW and Boomer in his travels, but he hormonal urges haven't kicked in yet, so he's letting it slide - smart if he plans to be the resident male on the territory - don't waste effort, or at least not until you need to.

Just my opinion of course  ;)

 I wonder if his head injury really did affect his memory and he will just find a new home or maybe he came, he saw and decided not to bother.  I do hope he's okay though. Sometimes they do well in rehab but not so much back in the wild.

All quiet the past 2 days at the site.  Both SW and Boomer paid a visit to the nestbox today, both seemed calm  :-*

C&C just posted and they said no sign of Ranger at TT when they were there today.  Some photos of SW and Boomer on another building where they are hanging out.
