Princess is a bit restless.

In the past 15 minutes, she's shuggled and shuffled and changed positions until she's done a 360.

Ivy came in with some food during my interview with Marcy Markusa on CBC and she turned him away ... thought he was going to pull a "sneaky" on him and make her leave the chicks so he could get some daddy time with them, but no ..


For today ....

Day - Clear in the morning, then overcast. High of 19C. Winds from the ENE at 5 to 15 km/h.
Night - Overcast. Low of 8C. Winds from the East at 5 to 15 km/h.

Darn! Just missed the feeding. :( TPC is going to be on CBC radio in a few minutes, after the 8:00 AM news, giving an update on how the 2 Radisson chicks are doing. :)

I like the Tweets this year - nice for a quick update (and the only page I can view from work . . .on my lunch break of course)

Princess (I believe) is curled up with her back to the camera and everyone tucked in.

Should be a sunny day in Winnipeg. While feathers being ruffled by the breeze, it looks windier than it is. Right now there is a NE wind at 5 km/h

There must be some action from the little ones under Princess. She has been doing some shuggle and shifting to keep them tucked in. While doing this I was able to see the egg and it appears to have a large pip. Can today bring the total to three?  ???

So looks like the last two meals of the day were at 1830h and 2030h.  Princess has her feathers between the drain and the wall and she's been doing some extra shuggling, as though to say "don't make me come under there" to the ex-eggs.  It's been almost 4 days since chick 1 hatched and 2 days since chicks 2 and 3, can't say whether egg 4 will hatch but if it is going to, I would think it would happen in the next day, maybe two ... we'll just have to wait and see I guess.

supposed to be partly cloudy but 20C tomorrow in Winnipeg and no rain, sounds like a good day to hatch if I were an egg ...

LOL! Looks as if Ivy did not prepare dinner this evening. Princess had to pluck the feathers away before serving it to the chicks. ::)
