Eye-spy is currently at the Hotel working on our internet connection and he is watching the birds on the cameras while he's there. And there is a reason we haven't seen Princess and Ivy of late, they have begun incubating 4 eggs!!!
If we can get the connection up and operating today, I'll see about going back through the video to see when the eggs were laid or I'll do the old-school incubation math and we should have an estimated hatch date range for you all in the next couple of days.
But here's a ballpark calc to hold everyone over ... Ivy and Hanky-Panky Hussy together on March 17th, Princess and Ivy confirmed on the 22nd. Minimum of 14 days of copulation takes us to April 5th. Say first egg was laid on the 6th, second on the 7th, 3rd on the 9th (incubation begins), last on the 10th. Guess-timate for hatching is on or around the weekend of May 12-13th since Princess usually incubates for more than 28 days. But that's just a first guess.
And yes, that would mean that we and CBC will shoot for the cams to go live at teh beginning of May ... I say "will" because that puts us two-weeks ahead of schedule but we have most everything in place so not anticipating any problems but will keep everyone in the loop.
