TPC Would that be part of the old hack box (Rosser I think) is lying on.Looks like he is trying to see what's under there :)
It does kind of look like an old hack box, doesn't it. :-\ No chick in view right now.

One of the chicks, can't tell who found an old piece of plywood to sit on.  The wood is on one side of a skylight, since these two are rarely too too far away from one another, I suspect boy 2 is on the other side of the skylight.  Will keep an eye on the cam and try to keep one in sight ...

You can sure tell its cooler today, by this point the boys would be trying to find a cool place in the shade to wait out the morning.  For those from away, it is currently cloudy and 20C and feels like 20C according to the Weather Network.  Forecast is for a high of 26C and a humidex to make if feel like 30C with light winds from the S/SE - 80% chance of rain this evening.  Saturday through Tuesday looks very pleasant, mid 20Cs, sunny, light winds, no rain and no humidex!

I agree Pam. Love all the space they have. can get muscles stronger this way.

Totally agree with you, I think this space is great for the boys.

I agree too! Reminds me of a giant playpen.

Photos are once again simply awesome! Thanks Dennis - one word that comes to mind is "poetic" seeing the birds captured in flight!

The final photos have now been loaded to the Brandon Banding Gallery...we made a few trips this year and the opportunity for everyone being able to view " Live " both the Radisson ( Winnipeg ) & McKenzie Seeds ( Brandon ) on CBC.
The task was simple...band the chicks, put them in the new nest box and have them say "Cheese"
