I think when they have the video ready for youtube it will have sound.  As for the new box, good question, do they stay do they go what happens? And yeah do we have male or female?

Tracy was talking to the camera but I didn't have any sound.  So, I guess we wait to find out what is with the new box and whether we have boys/girls????

They put the chicks in a new box on the lower roof.

Is the box staying there? Are they going to remove the old box and then hoist this one up?

Did I miss when Tracy let us know if they are male or female? Does anyone know for sure? Those two sure were active, but then when they were reunited they looked so cute in the bucket!

Was there supposed to be sound on that?  I didn't get any sound.  :(

One chick out cold and the other is wanting to sleep but seems there is something that keeps him quite alert.  Always head up listening and looking.  Guess we'll find out soon ;D

Too bad we don't have sound on the Brandon cam as I am sure by now the parents know something is going on even though the chicks are still in the nestbox.

Names for the Brandon birds are always in consultation with the govt folks who monitor the McKenzie Seeds site.  Over the years they have named their chicks independently of whatever has gone on in Winnipeg, but recently we have been "helping"  ;) out.

We'll probably have the names confirmed shortly after the banding ...
