Well you all set the date and time and I'll try to show up as well .... not the easiest thing to do to get away all by myself.  You know what its like, kids, hubby, work.  I don't get to downtown too often and haven't gone myself for a couple of years now.   If I don't make it I'll be one of the ones in spirit too.

Haven't heard from Grelber for a long time.  Where exactly does s/he fit into this bizarre group of ours???

I am very sad too.  Although I have been pretty sure, deep inside me, that they were not going to!  Just knowing that too much time has past now for them to do it for sure, makes it final.  I got a big ole lump in my throat reading your post TPC.  Well heck heres to next year then, and hoping they pick the box to nest in, as I am not sure I can watch if they pick the ledge and it is still the same as it is now.

Princess ... sat across from me on a ledge for a few hours this afternoon.  Sitting quietly often one leg up ......and one eyelid closed. 

Even though she didn't get to raise a brood this season, like any mother, she knows how to relax when given a chance!

I'm sure I'll come around to the "yes, it's good news for next year" frame of mind, but just a bit disappointed at the moment.  I wish I could get more glimpses of P&T tho.  Last year, I saw them a lot.  I guess because they had to hang around the hotel.  This year, the really have the empty nest thing going -- talonloose and feather-free!  (footloose, etc.  I know, if you have to explain it,....  ) 

Thanks to TPC and everyone who has supplied other cams to watch, to feed our chick fever.    

(And I vote for the "No Nesting" sign!)

No it is more than peaked.  It is driving me nuts trying to figure out what your great adventure is.
