We can wait TPC.  We know there is one egg there and that is great.  I am sure there will be more.  We all just have to be patient.  Hopefully on the weekend when you go up there, we will have 4 eggs.

Won't be going to check the box for another couple of days, the interval between egg-laying increases the more eggs there are.  Also, with the work on the Radisson roof right now, spreading out "our" visits is a good thing.  If I can, I'll piggy-back it on our camera trip this week.

And yes, I'll take photos!  ;)

Must be very quiet in "Falconville" today not much chatter on the "Radissonites".
Maybe more laying of eggs today, Ellie? :-\

The peregrines know all.

You are so right Tracey! Nature has such instinctive knowledge.

What an exciting time!  :D

Ok, I'm curious, Tracy - were you there around 11 or so this morning?  Both parents seemed somewhat agitated, flying around and around and finally sitting on the tower - reminded me of of banding times!

Yup, that was us.  They were giving Dennis the evil eye from the tower while I was checking the box and the egg.  And yes, Dennis had his camera with him, so hopefully we have a photo of two of the pair of them on the tower ...

my guess is it wasn't Dennis posting under his own name?

Actually Dennis was just quoting me and missed a "quote" ...

Very interesting! :) Are you able to watch the eggs being laid on your spy-cam, TPC? :-\

Nope, spycam is on the east side.  Once we have the nestbox cams connected I will probably have a few days to watch by myself while we are beta-testing all the services and connections.  Because we have so much traffic once we are live, we usually have to run it for a few days to make sure it does hang or anything ... but at the moment, I'm as blind as the rest of you unless the birds come to the eastside.
