The Peregrine Chick:
Welcome Aboard Genesee (George)!

Thank you for taking the time to update us on the Genesee falcons, they are very much watched by our Forum members and by others in the peregrine community.  We have updated the links to the webcam and have added a link to your company's main webpage for those who would like more information.

And thank you for letting us know about the transmitter/migration project, we had wondered if we would be seeing any information, but we understand that not everything is possible each year!

Please feel free to join in here, it will be wonderful to have your input!

WELCOME AND THANK YOU SO MUCH !   ;D

Genesee:
I just found out about this Forum and am pleased to advise that the Falcon Cam at Genesee is back in service for 2010.

We changed the camera mount this spring to be able to view the perch as well as the nest. We have very good focal range with the camera and if nessesary we can zoom in for detail in the nesting box.

We are putting a link from Capital Power's home page WWW.CapitalPower.com
to facilitate finding the web cam on our site.

Due to techincal difficulites we were unable to post the Falcon's migration on our website last year. We hope to overcome those issues before the fall migration.
