I have the box wired for sound and yes things get very loud. We don't broadcst audio since there is too much wind and background noise.

Elaine L:
Our falcon is back, checking out the nestbox and everything else in the vicinity.  It looks to me like she has an injury on her wing; but if so, it obviously is not bad enough to slow her down.  And if it is an injury, it is possible that she had a fight with the other falcon I saw there a couple of weeks ago.

Bev, you may know more about this than I do.

LOL, Elaine! Just like a feisty peregrine female!  ;) I have heard that our "Princess" here in Winnipeg has been known to sound like that, on occasion!  ;)

Elaine L:
Our female falcon is back, and she does not seem to be in a good mood.  She has been sitting on the perch, stretching her neck and yelling (for lack of a better word) at whoever is flying around.  She looks all puffed up, and I don't know if this is because she is angry, or if this is how she always looks.  Anyway, whatever is out there, she is letting them know that she is not to be trifled with.
