Just a quick comment before I settle in to read what I've missed today -- first I saw that the egg has moved again, then I saw the photos from this am of a PF on the nest.  I go to the bottom of each page to see where the day starts -- stopped when I got to pg 3 and it was still today!  lol  Didn't read anything cuz I need to start at the beginning.
But -- YAHOO!!!!!!!!  (One off, T.  Wings folded, bow.  And curtsy.)

Nothing against George and Weezie as we all grew a soft spot for them in our hearts....hope they're doing great, but it is so wonderful to see the falcons getting cozy in their nestbox!

One of the biologists here said they might just roll it to the corner or it may go underneath as they scrape in the nest box.
Oh, she does look cozy

Lol Bev!  About an hour and half ago she was standing outside looking up alot very calmly and I thought maybe dad was out there doing some aerial displays for her.  Then she left for awhile which I figured was her dinner time!

It's my bed time and at least tonight I go to sleep knowing she is safe at home  :D

She has sure been around a lot today.
that is great. You can tell it is windy here and cold.
Snow is in the forecast.

I cannot go down today. Sorry. I will be down there tomorrow or Friday.
I am itching to get down there, so I might go after I am done at my daughters tomorrow morning.
Still waiting for  the male to come in
I only have 50 pictures today. ;D

The band they used at the banding last year was black so it is probably black. I was at the banding .

I will have to check the color but I thought it was silver
It is like this
O|Y.

The band you can read will be a color - black or red or black/green, or black/red or or or.  The silver band won't be readable unless the bird is in the hand or six inches from your eye and willing to pirouette for you!
