We've used YouTubeLive for a few years now and it usually pretty stable. It isn't/wasn't designed to be "live" 24/7 for days and weeks, it was originally designed for concerts and the like, so a few hours with hundreds or thousands of viewers. One crash per season is usual and it is usually a few days after we start streaming which is why we try to go live before hatching begins so that the system has time to have a problem and then it usually runs smoothly without incident to the end of the season.
