Took a drive in the late morning and found Faith at the Tower.

In the afternoon, we found Puck on the east sign. As I was watching him he started to call and move. I could hear another calling behind me. It was Ty coming in with dinner. Puck launched himself off the building in pursuit. Once Ty landed with the food, Puck moved in. It was funny to watch as he grabbed the food, then positioned himself over it with his wings spread out. I could hear it in my head.. "Mine, all mine", until Ty took off again. Then the defeathering began.

Today was a great day!

Found a couple of birds in the usual location. Ty on the south sign in the sun, and one of the chicks on the east sign. Found another bird in a different location. This one was Titania and I was in the right place at the right time. She was so close.

Titania, really couldn't have been much closer without having to back up to get her picture.

Okay, back from vacation! Yesterday went out with my new camera lens and was very pleased with the results. Today, I went out and we saw four birds, both adults and two of the chicks. At least I think it was only two. Had my camera and the birds were all very cooperative. Went to check the pictures and found that I had removed the SD card yesterday.  :-[ ::)

Awwwe, that really sucks dupre! :(  Great pictures!!  :)

Puck the little darling took refuge in the nestbox during the storm - took off as soon as he could though!

Poor Puck looks soaked, but he’s a smart little bird to come home for shelter! I hope his siblings and parents found a safe place to hide.

Yesterday evening, we went for a drive and spotted two chicks on the east sign. While we were watching one of the adults flew in and dropped off some dinner. One chick was very happy hogging the dinner and one chick yelled at the parent as it flew off. The adult lazily circled away. We set off in the direction of the adult and found her (I think it was Faith) at the Tower. Then we spotted one falcon on the top of the Bleachers on the east side. Had it's back to me and I was facing west with the sun in my face, so not positive if this was the other adult or one of the chicks (I think it was one of the chicks). We were able to see 4 out of 5 of the falcons in this area so we thought this was a really successful drive.

I’m happy to know you’re keeping watch on the chicks, and it’s great to hear they’re doing well. That was very lucky to spot four out of five falcons on the same evening and all in this area!

Yesterday, slightly before 6 pm, spotted 2 chicks eating dinner on the Tower. Mostly, just saw flapping wings. Ty was standing lookout about halfway down from them.
