Isn't Hurricane's dad the rock star, Trey?

Yes, Hurricane is the daughter of Princess and Trey year 2007.  She was banded as a male because she was small.  I believe she was the first to fledge that year.  Then Chinook fledged and landed on the ground and then Mistral aka Missy fledged and also landed on the ground.  That was my first year watching them.  Missy was the sweetest little falcon ever.  She was alone in the nest box for quite awhile before she fledged.  She was amazing to watch and everyone loved her. 

Trey was a gorgeous peregrine and Hurricane looks a lot like him. That's why she's so pretty.

I don't know what it is about Hurricane - but she is such a striking bird! Every time I look at the pics of her that are posted I am amazed at how beautiful she is! Not that they aren't all gorgeous and I love their pics (Dennis's calendar is amazing!), but even on camera there is something about Hurricane! Birdie love...
