;D  HAPPY CANADA DAY  ;D
Brooklyn brought more breakfast and I think it was Red girl on the ledge, the other two were just yelling from the box.  Hurricane showed up to take over and feed them in the box.

Awesome pics. Nice to see them all on the ledge or the nest box.

Rose and I were early and the three chicks were fed just before everyone else showed up for the banding.  Brooklyn fed them and Hurricane perched under the decorative ledge on the north side.

As usual, great pictures RCF!!

Brooklyn fed the chicks around 1:30 pm and I don't think he likes to go in the box, he fed the kids from the ledge. Green boy and Red girl got up on the ledge with Dad and white boy didn't seem interested.

I can't believe one guy is up on the ledge already!  It's too soon!!!!

Hey Tracy, which of the chicks (band-colour wise) was the middle one you banded - the one who appeared to give you so much attitude?

Would it surprise you too much if I said the lone female?  Not I think.  She has the red tape.
Our little box-topper, is green - he was the easiest so to speak.

Haha, no that doesn't surprise me.  The females always seem to have the most attitude, don't they?

That actually doesn't surprise me. I am thinking that the lone female in Winnipeg was the one that gave you trouble to when you banded them. It is funny when they go on to the ledge of the new nest box that they are in and trying to get down into the nest box again. I have seen a few of them do a face plant when they go back in. It is awesome to see that they have a little ramp for them to try out if they want to.
