Thanks RCF
I have been trying to get a size of the chick to compare too another bird..I would not have thought that ledge was so far off, it looks closer then it is.

is that a pigeon of the out ledge :o

You probably are seeing a pigeon but I think the ledge you are looking at is across the street.

The first pic is from the google pic on CBC cam page and the one below it is the same corner.  ;)

I love the names!  And I love that they are so meaningful, as always :-*
I'm just catching up, and I love the names also.

1100h

The kids are finally on the far side of the roof hanging out in the shade.  Right now they are in the southeast corner where they can all lie in a pile (as hot as that sounds) without someone having to have a wing or a leg out in the sun.  The nestbox is on the west side of the roof just a little shy of midway between the north and south walls if you want to get your bearings ...

;D Looking at the chicks in the shadow. They are sure getting their darker feathers fast. One thing I notice, they all look as though they are sporting little white mohawks. So cute. :D

Chicks and Ladders  ;D

The chicks for sure like to play with the ladder. It's like they are playing wack-a-mole, but without the plastic hammer and going after each other lol.

:D  Thanks so much for the tremendous laugh I just had.  I really enjoyed it.
Yes, Rose, I very much remember our days on the lookout for wayward fledgelings.  Good times.  I sure do miss seeing the Peregrines in real time.   :'(
Although I do have a pair of Merlins nesting not too far from my place and I get to listen to their kacking all the time.  Don't get to see them much but I know they are there.  Not really a substitute for the Peregrines but keeps me watching anyway.   ::)
RCF, I was being sarcastic with the "I don't see a chick.... Do you see a chick?"  It brings back memories of some silly commercial with twins saying, I don't see the difference..... do you see the difference?  ;D
