I believe that TPC said the cam will "go dark" on the 25th, Moonstar - gives us the weekend to enjoy anybirdie who returns!

Looks like the birds are still coming back to the nest regularly but after Friday we won't be able to see it anymore.    So I guess we better enjoy it for the next few days.
TPC what time will the camera shut down on the 22nd?

I am not sure how fresh the meal was but when I checked around 5:45 there was a meal sitting on the ledge and nothing else...

Yes, Moonstar, you're right, there was a meal (bird) laying on the ledge already this morning, before Cade flew in, according to my husband. May have been a food drop that had been made very early in the morning by a parent. Unless, of course, it was already there last night, which I hadn't noticed... Bird perched on the corner of the nestbox right now, sitting on "Cade's corner", so likely it's Cade! We may see lots of flying around today, while it is overcast and not so hot and humid.

Had a snack and now he/she is just sitting out of camera range. I see the odd feather pop into view.

If Princess and Ivy are at all lax in providing meals, there should be enough leftovers in the nestbox to keep the young'uns from going hungry for long!

I am not sure how fresh the meal was but when I checked around 5:45 there was a meal sitting on the ledge and nothing else.  Then sometime before 7:00 there was a bird there having breakfast.  He was still there when I had to shut down my computer and leave for work.  So nice to still see them returning.

Thanks Kinderchick, I saw him take his last bite but wasn't sure if he had a meal or was just picking leftovers. His colors sure looked bright this morning.
