Another food drop, this one on the ledge. Adjustment of the cam. Ivy, I think was teasing her with the food by eating in front of her. He jumped up and into the nestbox. She took it from him and he flew away. A meal at last. Could she fledge tonight?

Amazing spectacle. Good to see that she has been fed.

Oh Ivy, you are an evil Dad, there he is try to tempt his daughter out of the box.  Dad won the tug of war earlier and now is back on the ledge with the same meal, and then up on the edge with the food but not for her to grab, then into the box, tried to feed her and block, tackle and Beatrix is off the far end with her ill-gotten gains.

Interesting!  Prey is now being offered on the ledge.  Now Trey has brought it into the nest box.  Missy is still upset but finally grabs it, parent leaves and she is quiet and eating.

I suspect Princess and Ivy haven't been off hunting much today either, just too hot.  Suspect that they will see the kids fed in the next few hours.  Or it may be that they are determined to get Beatrix flying ...

I saw the parent eat some, however I didn't see her(?) leave with the food.

Yes, the same thing happened yesterday afternoon. That is why I was wondering if she has had anything to eat. How long can they go without food before it adversely affects them?

I am just fascinated with these magnificent bird.

A food drop. Lots of noise. After the parent (Princess) left, Beatrix has yet to eat. On the edge of the nestbox. Looks hot and stressed.   Beak open and panting. I don't know what to think of this. TPC?

Just saw somebody pop by the nest, but not sure who it was.   Beatrix certainly seems restless and has been flapping a lot in the past 20 minutes or so.  Beatrix has been calling, but seems more settled now.

OMG Dad ?  I think? cause bea was the same size, but it was probably Princess. LOL just came to nest box, Beatrice was screaming for food, he had food but would not let her have any, just ate a bit himself, she was soo soo upset, and the screeks were unreal,, then he grabbed the food and left.. Oh poor Bea,, she needs food, for water I think,, maybe they are encourging her to fledge, but doesnt she need the strengh from food and water to do so? Oh that was awful.. geeezze.

I haven't seen anything mentioned about Bea getting fed today. Last I saw her feeding was yesterday morning. Did the adults make a food drop to Bea today? I saw it mentioned earlier that they had fed Cade.
