First kid home looks to be Jules (one band, didn't look coloured, right leg). Spotted at 1145 hrs today on the Diner and I was back with a scope and camera within 10 minutes and Dennis arrived with his camera not long after when work happened to be in the area and he had a few minutes before his next client. Light was flat, we were looking into the sun so no fantastic shots, just enough to start narrowing down the field. Bird flew off to the nestsite (almost lost sight of it as a result) and then back again echupping for his/her mate. Sat quietly, head swivelling for the next couple of hours before settling down for "the long wait". We'll be back out from time to time to keep an eye on who and when and where.
