looks like a calm day and Trey is facing 5 with the kids partially tucked underneath.

He really is! Looks like he goes to move and then remembers that he shouldn't. And he's always looking around........no sleeping on the job here!

Pick at pebble, pick at pebble, stretch out neck . . . I can just get this one over here.
Whoops! Exposed chicks, waking up.
Settling down again . . wait, there's a pebble!
Ok, settling down again for real . . . .  oooh, a pebble!
Trey is just too funny.

Trey has turned around to face the camera chicks peeking out underneath.  A little housekeeping going on.  Oops, came off chicks, try again, turn around, wind gust catches tail, oops again, now turned towards the cam, everyone tucked in ( for the moment anyway).

Princess has left and now here comes Trey for a little time with the kids.  How can I get these guys underneath me?  Well maybe I will just shade them, yeah, that works. Or not, wind gust so I will hunker down. Shuggle, shuggle.

Trey is at the nest with a mid morning snack.  Princess didn't even get out of the box.  Food prep by Trey and then passed to Princess.  She has her back to the cam but it certainly looks like feeding is going on.

Was that just Trey trying to ask if he could feed the kids?  Lol...and Princess took a bite for herself first, then the rest for the kids and she's feeding them now while I see his shadow hovering to the side

yeah!  i'm back in winnipeg and can view the web cam!  But can't see our little ones .. they are tucked under mom i think

Princess is on duty this morning, head down.  The chicks peeked out briefly but now everyone is tucked underneath again on a cool and cloudy morning.

This is weird.  I bet myself that at 3:45 there was no one on the chicks.  There was a bird on the J, and a bird on the cherub.  But since you were all talking about the feather, I guess Princess was there?

I think it annoyed her at first but appears she gave up trying to get rid of it... 
I was watching earlier and I could of sworn that she was looking at the fluff contemplating how to remove it, would stick her beak into her chest feathers and scratch around, wiggle a head a bit, then come back out for air, still white fluff.  She would look at it again, do the head shake thing, look at it, turn her beak toward her chest, wiggle it around....come back up for air, still have the little white fluff on her beak!
