I think, again, we should get a wading pool for these guys.  If the long range forecast is right, we should be in the mid thirties next week.  However, I wouldn't hold my breath for that....

Aw, no loners now!  I didn't think they'd settle so quick from appearing to be horrendously starving.  Then again, they are becoming teenagers, and what teenagers do well, is eat and sleep!

I was away from the cam for the majority of the day, not even a full day and they have changed so much! 
They are so cute

That was a pretty aggresive dinner on the chicks part, I would agree they are close to being able to feed themselves.
Too cute watching the one holding on to the feather? tugging away!
Great close up also, first time I have caught this new treat!

That's funny....parents bring in something to eat, three birds wake up and scramble to the Mess Hall and all those on line who are watching wake up as well.

These three are going to need more than the little snack just finished before they will settle down again.  Isn't it great getting this close up view of them really picking over the leftovers.

Anyways, as I tried to say....Food Fight!  Never saw the chicks go that crazy before....that was alittle embarrasing looking up your parents tail feathers.

That was pretty funny. The parent took off as soon as chick started nosing at their tail. Too cute!

Now two of them are squabbling over nest-pickings . . . something long, dark, and L-shaped . . . ex-wing bone? More probably a leg?

Edited: now all three . . . it's a tug-of-war

Little Mr Greedy thought he'd truck on over and grab the whole thing for himself. Looks like they are almost ready to feed themselves!
