Actually Saoirse, looks like its Princess keeping the kids company on the ledge this morning, although its hard to see in the sun, it looks like her "crown" of lighter coloured feathers at the back of her head ...

Oh wonderful -- a closeup and what a wonderful look at Trey. The adults truly are beautiful birds and it's great to have a chance to get a better look of him with his tail fanned out behind him. Chicks are out to the world, sleeping against the front ledge, but he's sticking close to them this morning. Wonder where Princess is?

9:14 am Wpg time -- some nice moments with Trey and one chick together in the front corner of the ledge -- not feeding, just together. It started with the chick looking up at Trey sitting on the ledge; then Trey hopped down to be with the chick. Moment's over, though, as the chick just waddled south to join the others huddled in the shade!

       chicks are having a walk about......looking very alert and adoreable!!!!

I see that one of the chicks is doing a lot of wing flapping today.  Very cute! Just checkin out what those babies can do!

Morning all, the chicks were just fed.  They didn't appear to be all that keen so they must still be full from earlier. They are looking so large in comparison to the adult, Princess I think. Now they have all staggered off in different directions for a nap in the sun.

Morning all, (actually , it is midnight here on the west coast)  Just doing a late night read of the forum, hope the family is napping safely!

All dark, but can see a silhouette of a parent watching over things.  The morning light will bring new adventures (but I doubt it will bring a wading pool).
