Those pylons are across Portage Ave. to the north almost halfway up the block.
Nothing to do with the nest ledge.

There's a bunch of buildings around here bev. Some are higher than the ledge. My office is lower than the ledge and they can see it when they sit on the edge. No worries, there's lots of options for them.

Only one still sitting on the ledge -- no, he's just jumped down to join his brother on the floor of the ledge. Sis is overseeing everything from her perch on the drain cover.

No, but did you notice some night creep has moved the last one 5' to the left?

And notice also no one has moved it back so far. LOL
