 For his first ever flight I think that young falcon should be applauded.

 He flew some distance away and yet, never having seen "home" b4 from so far
 away, was able to almost make his way back there without any guidance.
 Now that is something on your first day away from home.
 
 Let's have a rousing round of applause for Hot Shot!

Some serious flapping from the occupant of Trey's Point -- I think it's Sis, but can't tell for sure at this distance. It's frustrating not to see them closer but, at the same time, it's reassuring to be able to see Hot Shot on the lower ledge. Great work from whoever's operating the camera . . .

Isn't that sweet, Trey or Princess come in and feed the chicks from the leftovers, guess they just want to make sure they are getting enough, what awsome parents they are!

would hotshot have to fly somewhere else to try to get the height he would need to get back to the ledge?

Parent is feeding the kids how rare is that now a days! Besides they couldn't figure out the feeding part lol

Well...these two do not look like they are ready to go anywhere.  I'm sure they are talking to hot shot below trying to encourage him perhaps to fly up.
Only bccs and TPC can answer this as they were watching today....not sure if hot shot got some height in his flying today or if it was all at the same elevation.  I'm sure we will find out. 
Mom and Dad will look after him eveyone...If he doesn't make his way back up this evening, overnight, or my morning, Mom or Dad will drop off food or have food in talon to entice him to fly.

Must have just been out of cam range, because both are visible now -- sis on the drain cover, brother at the south end of the ledge. At least it looks as though the rain has stopped (still no sign of rain in the south end of the city).

Somebody must be down there at ground level watching the falcons, esp. Hotshot.  Aren't they - or nearby????

Well they've eaten for now and the female is on the drain cover and the boy is in Trey's corner.  He was looking down as if to say, "Bro what are you doing down there!"
