The way Tracy bands is not very stressful for chicks. She jsut gets down to business and it is done and they are back. No posing or passing around of chicks.

I realize some places do it for their funding commitment and education purposes  , but hats off to Tracy.

The picture of the two right beside the camera is so very cute.  If they could talk, you could almost imagine them saying "if we stay back here in this corner they can't reach us"

Linderlou and I watched from the parking lot - Princess flew around making a huge racket, Ivy did not move his butt once from the top of the tower the whole time!

Somebirdies right up close and personal with the cam - all I can see is a lot of down.

Maybe the door to the nestbox is right up close to the camera, sami? That must have been stressful for the chicks, so they seem to be staying put, near the back of the nestbox.
