I'm with you bcbird.  I want to see her fledge but I don't want to see her caught in a rain/thunder storm.  Lets hope all the chicks (and parents) find cover for the night if the predicted thunderstorm happens.

Thanks for the quick sneak peaks of the ledge Tracy.  I missed the chicks fledge last year and I missed the first three chicks fledge this year, so I'm hoping I can see Aura fledge! =D

Well she's out on the ledge again. Saw her hop out that side.

Could be that little miss Aura is going to be the one to give us the most near heart attacks!

Is somebody down there we should see?  (spy cam took a brief turn of the lower roofs, maybe bccs was going to do her wave?)

Watched the outside view after posting and she was wingercising again, glad when she jumped back into the box. She is finally reasoning that she has to flap those wings but she is not ready to go yet.

This is great.  
I get the thrill of  seeing her gorgeous wingspan as she is flapping and skipping along the edge.  This is amazing.  That fish eye lens gives me no sense of proportion.  
Wow, it is so exciting.  How I wish I could join you there during this fledge watch to see these birds for real.

1831 hrs (local) - Aura is back in the nestbox ...

She needs to get off the ledge and settle down for the night. She appears to be waiting for her dinner.

Saw her hop back into the box and then onto the edge and wingercize again. She did not too balanced but at least she was trying.

Yup, saw that...

1826 hrs (local) - almost had an accidental fledge there!  Aura went over the edge while wingercizing but managed to flap her way back up over the edge.  Now she's running and flapping up and down the ledge.
