I'm so glad Bev is there, and that she knows where Cassie is. I wish I could be there to help, since I am also in Alberta, but I am 200 miles away.

Phew!!! Just came back to check again, & saw that NOBODY was on the roof!  :o....Glad you were able to contact Bev, Carly. - Well now that we can't see anything, we'll have to wait for reports - maybe by morning Cassie will be able to fly back to the nestledge so we can see her!  8)

Just spoke to Bev, she missed it too and she's there..lol.  She bent down to get something and looked up and Cassie gone...looks like she fooled us all.  Not sure if she flew or fell but she is safe and is not hurt so that's good.  She is on the lower roof below and there is shelter there from rain if needed.  Bev is on her way home now.

She said mom and dad have been tryiing to get Cassie off the nestbox roof because a storm is coming.  Stay tuned..for Bev's report.  I'm relieved now!

Dang it~~~ - Leave for 20 minutes and look what happens~ - Is that Radisson for sure on the roof? - If so she doesn't look too concerned.. ???

I called Bev and got voice mail so I left a message.  Hopefully she is busy running to see where she flew assuming they are still there.

Oh I hope she had a good strong flight, she was cooled off and fed so that's good.  Hopefully she's up top with mom and can spend the night there.

Ack I went to the washroom and she's gone!!  Darn it...I was gone like 3 minutes!  Oh no she must have went up or right..hope Bev is still there  :( :(  Stupid bladder  >:(  I thought it was safe cause she was eating, food and cassie are both gone!

Parent came in to do either a drop off or pick up of food - it was fast so not sure but something happened..lol

I think you're right about that Bally, probably be cooler and err more fragrant sleeping out under the stars !  Bev was right, she's going to go the entire 45 days+ I guess...hehe.. good for Cassie but bad for our hearts  ::) ::)

Hm, wonder if she's gonna try & figure out how to get back to the nestbox for bedtime?  ??? Might be better off sleeping on the roof than in that icky pile of carcasses... :-\

Awww..finally it's shady up top and she's laying down right on the roof now resting...poor girl, it's been a long, hot day for her.
