She's going to be amazing.  Not only does she have great genes, she had a practice chick last year. ;D  She's ready for this!

Did a bit of checking ... third egg wasn't laid until May 8th - if hard incubation began immediately after egg 3 was hatched then hatch would be about now (+/- a couple of days).  So basically, she's pretty much right on target and there really is no reason to think that they won't hatch out all at once in the next day or two ...

Radisson did well last year and this year was pretty stress-free (relative to 2008) so all should be well ...

Nice when I can count accurately  ;D
Congrats Radisson, you are doing your parents (& grandparents & great-grandparents) proud!

Is that a crack, or the mineral-line egg?  And is that really three chicks?

The adult in sort of upright over the chicks and egg right now leaving a beautiful wishbone shaped print in the gravel just in front of the group. It must be where her wings and head were earlier, it looks really cool.

Thanks for the great pictures Bev.  It's hard to believe that our Wpg babies were this small a few weeks ago.

I missed the whole event as well...what else is new, I've missed all the hatches this year.  Hey, at least I can say that I'm consistent  ::)
