Second egg came in overnight again - secretive little layer is Ella!

Will find a good image of the two eggs tomorrow.

We will also be adjusting the camera angle soon so we can get a better look at the back corner of the nestbox - one of the peregrines hung onto the camera support a little too hard during a very windy day and pulled it a little out of alignment!!  It will be nice to see the whole box again.

Went for a drive yesterday evening and could see both birds on the Bleachers, only a short time before it started snowing.

We are hoping that they are hanging out there only because the windows are being washed at the nestsite and not because Ty or Ella is getting any smart ideas of looking elsewhere to nest.  The nestsite building arranges their window-washing as early as possible so as to avoid the nesting season.  The Bleaches is a nice place when the weather was foul like it was at times yesterday that's for sure!

I love this time of year, hearing about the new arrivals and wondering who will end up where!  Wonderful to hear of the ones who made it back on their long journey.

Dennis may have found her at Logan but like who's who at the Radisson, I'm going to assume she and her mate will be back at West Wpg given how much time they have been spending there and her history at this location ... it's waiting game I'm afraid but no reason not to enjoy the wait speculating about what the peregrines will and won't do ...  ;D
