It's only creepy in the evening when it's deserted.  I actually did some edumacatin' today.  Twice.   :D

Thanks for your enthusiastic report, Birdlover.  So nice you aren't alone in the creepy parkade either.

It was nice to have company TWO days in a row.   ;D

I very much enjoy this whole thing and wouldn't swap what I am doing for anything else right now.  Just glad it wasn't as hot as they said it was supposed to get.

ALL PRESENT AND ACCOUNTED FOR, MA'AM!!!

Just came from the downtown. Spent three hours there just watching.   My golden girl is so beautiful.  She is on the Scotia Bank building which is higher than the nest box!!!  Our boy was hanging out at the base of the tower on the McKenzie Seeds building and Rose and I could only see one other on the building to the north of the McKenzie Seeds building.  Zeus was hanging out with my golden girl on the SB building.  No Hurricane to be seen at all today.

Not much movement by any other than Zeus and he was hunting, brought his meal back to the building and when he was done, there were leftovers, HE STASHED THEM ON A LEDGE!!! I didn't know that Peregrine's stashed their leftovers.  I have learned something new today.

Anyway, when I went to catch the bus I looked up between the McKenzie Seeds building and the shorter one to the north and lo and behold there was our other chick!  Everyone looks like they are A-OK!!

YIPPEE!!! What a terrific day!  Oh, and I have never seen a Peregrine Falcon skip before today either.  My Golden girl was wingercizing and flew about four feet along and then skipped to the middle of the ledge.  It was so funny I was laughing out loud.  Then she said she had had enough and took a nap.

Did I mention it's been a terrific day!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Thanks, Rose, for those exciting updates.  What a thrill for you, it's evident in your (written) voice.

All this excitment is almost too much for this old girl!!! I just keep hoping every thing turns out well for all the chicks but nature must be listened to so I know what the stats say but I'm an optimist so I'll just think positive all the time
Well, you just hang in there, Rose, and keep thinking those positive thoughts! ;) Thanks again for the fledging updates! :D

It's worth every moment of nerves to see them get better and better at flying. Before you know it, they'll be hunting with the parents.

It's just that those few days of watching them get better is soooo hard on the nerves - never mind other parts of the body if you're running around the streets trying to find them!  ;D

Great updates Rose...thank you!

It's just wonderful and all you want to do is encourage them to fly and land safely.  My encouragement is:  "Come on baby, you can do it, come come.....WOO HOO!!!!!!!"
(That's pretty close hey B?)
