I heard that screaming too, lilamy - I was in the other room...looks like it must've been a food drop - we can see the back end of a hearty eater! ::)

I am just wondering what was that noise? I had the cam on but I wasn't looking at it, because I was on facebook for a second. Was that one of the parents dropping off food?

Yup, Yellow just dropped in ... literally ... he came down the louvres.  Don't know if he flew in above the cam and then walked/crawled down or if he dropped from the roof above and caught the louvres and then walked/crawled down.

Sure wish I'd seen that.  Sounds like a circus act! LOL  :D

Is YB still there?

You are quite right about transmitter boy running back forth on the nest ledge but we were talking about the ledge on the very top of the roof of the Radisson building. GS Boy has a hard time settling down anywhere cause his sister keeps coming over and trying to move him.  :)
That is also funny as well.

She may be tough to TPC, but the little brothers want to be near her.

This is my first post and I'm hoping it's in the correct format.
You're definitely in the right place, and welcome!

I think Ivy just dropped by with a snack.  Miss Red just wasn't aggressive enough to take it from him perhaps, because after a very short while, he lew off with the prey.   Maybe one of the out and about chicks will be more grateful.

The roof runner was looking over and talking to his sibs on the ledge when he was first spotted or shortly thereafter, so yes, they know he's there and he knows where they are too.  ;)
It was funny watching roof runner shuffling back and forth between the two shaded roof spots, until he decided which one was better.
This was funny to watch. I said to Liz this is not a parent it has to be a chick or else it's a pretty d**n big rat! It ran back and forth about 3 or 4 times before it really decided to settle down.  :)
Lol. I think transmitter boy is getting his excercise running back and forth. His sister goes to one side of the ledge and he followers her after she gets to the other side. He then decides to run back to the other side alittle bit after.

True, but she did follow him into the nest and was pecking at it alittle bit. She does need to be more aggressive if she wants to eat and grab food that the parents do bring into the nest.
