She is keeping one egg in particular under her "chin" and she moves this one around with her when she changes position. (The other eggs she does not move around with her). She listens to this egg.  So likely egg shell pieces overnight and a new falconette in the morning!
How long does one egg take to hatch open?  I missed the blessed events last year, so I have no clue.

Nice peek at the eggs before all were tucked under and rearranged.   No broken eggshell that I could see.

:)  Been watching her now for 10 minutes, she will settle down on the eggs, and keep listening, then get up and look and listen to her eggs.  Chick-stravaganda happening? ;D

:D   Ok, we have somebirdy parent listening closely to those eggs!!!  The parent is standing over the eggs and listening to them!  Wonder if chickees are peeping in there "I'm coming out!!"? :)  This is at 3:55pm that I noticed this when I got back home.

Still no sign of hatching - Princess is head down, eyes closed, sound asleep right now.  Not more than the usual shuffle/shuggle of the eggs, nothing to make me think there is a hatch imminent, but she's the pro not me when it comes to what to do here  :)

Great news about the weather, tpc. It should help the little ones and their parents. Can't wait to see them.

As of last shift change (0812h) all four eggs were still intact and no obvious signs of pipping or cracking ... so the wait continues ...

Okay Liz, I rise to the challenge.  I'm going for wake-up tomorrow morning.  At first sunlight I think we'll see some eggshells :D

Just a guess, but first hatch will be May 9 (tomorrow) at 18:02.  Now to see how close I came.
