For the last ten minutes Hurricane has been obsessed with rearranging debris in the nest box....so much so, she's moving off the chicks and then moves back.  ::)

Pesky little flies.

They sure are annoying her!

Looks like they are annoying Brooklyn too!

Mom just fed the three little fluffies again, the smallest one wiggled its way up to the front from the back of the pile to get its share.  Dad is chick sitting till Mom comes back.

Great close-up of the "3 Muskateers" (1 for all & all for 1) & now Hurricane, I think. Interesting to see them using their wings to try and scooch around. :)

THANK YOU, so interesting, one chick has lunch on his nose... ::)

Amazing to see that all got a share. Hurricane learnt well from Princess. :D

1212 hrs

Looks like its a bit warmer in Brandon, Hurricane just hopped off the chicks and sat on the box edge for a couple of minutes before heading off to parts unknown ...

Have zoomed in for a bit of a close-up of the chicks as they get themselves re-arranged in their "pile".  Will zoom back out when Mom/Dad returns or the chicks go to sleep ...

Just enjoyed another feeding.  It's so comical to watch the littlest chick trying to get food and then falling over.  She finally maneuvered herself to a spot where she could lean into her siblings and hold herself up enough to snag some grub.   ;)

Perhaps it is only pesky flies as I am sure the nest is getting pretty "ripe"!

Finally get to see a feeding!  Three cute little wobblies seem to be doing very well! :)

Mom was obscuring the view for most of it, the little one was at the front and then wiggled it's way around where I couldn't see.....this is after Mom left.

Have there ever been cuter little faces than these?!?  Great shot rcf!!
