Eeeeewwwwwww!!!! Blech, I think if I tried to spit, it would get all over my pants or something  :P
Ballywing, you gotta understand -- this was more than a simple spit -- think of the projectile pellets and substitute a mouthful of water for the pellet -- yep, distance!

Fledge Watch isn't over is it?  ??? - are the kids not around much anymore? ....Pooh!!! :( I was hoping to get down there in the next day or so.  :-\
The fledge watch is over, but the kids ( and mum and dad ) are still around and will be for some time.
They are doing so wonderfully, flying almost like adults, catching thermals, playing tag with eachother, and following mum and dad all over the sky.
And, true to form, Vesper multitasks - flying and yelling at the same time. ::) ::)

If I could be there I certainly would.  But, I guess I will have to just go watch the wee ones here for the next couple of weeks til they fledge.
I think I may have to plan a trip out to Brandon BL. By the time yours are fledging  - around the 19th right? - I may be in serious need of a bird watch! :D

Yay, the more the merrier.  Shocka88 is supposed to be coming then and we are going to falcon watch and lunch if we have time.  Anyone else?  It's a Sunday.

Certainly not one of my better performances , bl, however I am becoming quite proficient at aiming away from people

And that is a good thing.  :o

So I guess the watch is over.... :'(
But not the watching....  I just may stop by on my way home from work and take a look behind the St. Regis to see if anyone else is hangin' around. :D

Got in from out of town and got caught up on yesterday's and today's postings. Think I will take a trip down to the Watching spot parking lot around 7:20 and see if anything is on the move. Don't have a phone so can't keep in contact but will have a look around and post later on, if no one else is there. Missed seeing our family yesterday.

I know what you mean BL, I had that dang cam open most of yesterday and nothing! It's especially frustrating to know that they may all be around the Radisson but just out of camera range. Oh well, the parking lot behind the St. Regis is a lovely place to set up your deck chairs any time anyone wants go on down. You get a few funny looks but not too bad! ::)

Boy, every time I open the cam, I just wanna cry  :'(  cuz I know that the end is near.  Keep posting those of you who can get downtown to see the little darlings.  You are my only connection now.
