She was on the east sign most of the day - still there when I left.  Will try and post a picture later....

Peregrines will do what they will and if this peregrine stays she will have to be prepared to fight for the territory in the spring. Time will tell, it is mother nature at her best or worst which ever way you want to look at it.

That would be pretty cool to have a Peregrine stay here all winter ...might also make it alittle interesting/scary in the spring when Princess returns to find someone else keeping house.

Hawaii is beautiful .. no signs of Peregrines though :(

Yes that thought has crossed my mind several times now.  I know it's their way but I hate the thought of it regardless.
I hope she goes down south soon.  I don't want to see a fight for the territory next year. Like Carly said, it is their way but it still does not make me like it.

Just talked with Pam. She said " that crazy bird is still here ". So off to the roof I go and sure enough, there she is sitting on the O on the east side. And some leftovers on the R.
Getting chilly out there ::) ::)

1310 hrs (local) - bird on the Hydro logo on the east side of the building ....

I just hope that who ever is hanging around survives the winter if he/she decides to stay.

No worries about surviving, Madame overwintered here from 1990 to 2005 with never a problem, well, except when the boys (she went through 4 of them) came back ... they had to feed her anything but pigeon!!!  :D
