Good to see you pretty birdy!. she just left the WEST NEST.....morning snack perhaps heading east.Yesterday approx 3:15 saw somebirdy on the J.....looked smaller than Princess

This is wonderful news! I'm so glad beautiful Princess is back, and hope the other falcon turns out to be Trey, or that he will show up any time now. It's been so long since we've seen them.

Princess (through a dirty window).....we like to think so.....  

Yes that is Princess!

No sign of the other bird when I went through downtown and nothing on the east side that I could spy with the cam.  If its Trey I would expect to see him near her - last year they returned together and were with each other right from the start.  She also hasn't been "talking" on camera, if he were around, she would be talking at/with him if he was around.  Could have been another bird passing through, or perhaps Ivy is visiting like he did in 2008, Princess wouldn't stay anywhere near him when he was around -if he was on the Hotel, she was on the JR sign and vice versa.

Tomorrow is suppose to be sunny so perhaps we will see one/both enjoying the sun on the east side in the morning and we can get an idea of who is who and where ...

Holy smokes, where have you all been this winter???
Yup, there's two downtown birdies back and one in west Winnipeg.
Air quality checks will be regular starting the day after Easter Monday.
But I'll still be cruising around till then to give you updates.
So start posting people, we have a forum to rejuvinate and we have birdies that are back that we love to see and watch.
No competition, no one-uping, just a love for the birds and sharing the joy that they give us.
Lucky, lucky us.

It's so wonderful to see this forum come to life again and see those three words:  "AIR QUALITY CHECK"
Let's all enjoy this wonderful unique experience.

We were pretty sure that we were looking at Princess, could see the speckles on the chest quite clearly.  We also think this is not the same bird we saw yesterday.....such is hope!

After hanging out on the N at the hotel for awhile, she moved to the J at the Richardon bldg for a few hours in the afternoon.  She was still there just before 5.  YIPPPEE!
