1340 hrs - Ivy is on the east side sign preening - has been for the last 15-20 minutes.

1341 hrs - and off he goes off the north end of the sign and banks to the west ... hopefully to the box ....

Maybe he could use the east ledge as a food cache? Then he wouldn't have to go far to satisfy the demanding mama!

IVY on the Raddison East ledge 10 min ago!!!   ....(You can sit there all you want, just don't nest there!)

Drove around the Radisson area about an hour ago, peering up at the sky and the buildings, but didn't see anybody.

Hi everyone.

I've been reading all of the posts but haven't seen anything yet on Ivy giving Princess tokens of food to woo her.  Has anyone seen this?  I know it was something that was reported on many times in the past with Trey and Princess, so, just wonderin.

Everything is so new this year and anything is possible.  This is true reality TV so to speak, with all of its ups and downs

actually a lot of us have not been making too much out of Trey not coming back out of respect for Tracy and her feelings of loss.. We all wish that it was different but accept that this is the circle of life.   We all miss him but we all understand that it could happen.  Tracy has a deeper connection with him than any of us could ever hope to have and out of repect for that we've chosen to focus on the positive and refrain from pointing out the obvious loss we all feel..  this is in no way reflecting on our feelings of loss, and disappointment, rather a reflection of looking forward, being positive about things we cannot change, and looking forward to a happy tomorrow...... if Trey was human, and capable of understanding loss, this is what he'd want.. for his legend to live on for us to all throw our support and positivity behind this..

I have to head downtown tomorrow and am really excited that there's a reason to detour through the area around the Radisson. Great to think our birds could be protecting their eggs in only a couple of weeks!      And, yes, NEST ON THE WEST!

Princess' has been laying egg three progressively earlier since 2007 ..
2007 - April 27
2008 - April 23
2009 - April 22

Is it too soon to start speculating when we may see eggs this year? Or would that be jinxing it?
