sami:
Obviously goslings get their feet under them faster than the peregrine chicks do.

Jo:
I watched Ms. Goose off an on throughout the day .. .even read her Tweets. She has 7 eggs this year (5 in 2009) and as some nice still shots on her Twitter account.

I saw her get up and shift around a couple of - she's quite lovely.

Kinderchick:
Watched the video of the nest from last year. Very sweet! :) Up they got and away they waddled! :D

for a review of this nest from last year and a video of mom and the kids waddling away from the nest..... and yes they go fast.. once they've all hatched.. they pop out and off they go to the water.

The Peregrine Chick:
Do keep an eye on this and other waterfowl webcams you may come across, when the chicks hatch, they don't hang around the nest very long, Mom tends to start moving fairly quickly with the kids in tow ...
