BL..if you switch between cam views in the same window..you will see a cached image - the last one you saw on that view before you left it  When it refreshes then it replaces that last image with a new one.  I frequently have to open new windows when I'm trying to rush and see if something happened..cause I'm impatient..lol

Oh, she just showed up on camera 2 for me.  It's weird tho when I go to camera 3 I get the exact position she was in a while ago and then when it refreshes she is gone.  I seem to be having ooshions of delutions today.

My computer at work is not co-operating so I'm wondering if it is our network.

thanks Eli   :-*

Carly:  no word from Bev about Mr. White; normally, she would contact Peter (Mr. Bev) and he would report to us on the Forum, but he is in meetings all day and won't be able to report until later this afternoon.  It is worrisome not knowing what is happening, but I know that Bev will do whatever she can to inform us of the latest events, especially regarding Mr. White.

Birdlover, Froona is still there - I made the same mistake yesterday.  She goes to the back of the box, and then comes forward after a while and flaps around abit.  You should see the wing span on her; we were watching her flapping last night, and she is one big bird!

Froona is tucked in the corner in the box from my view on Cam 2.  At this time of day when the sun is hotter, she tends to stay inside and out of the sun.  Unless she's rigged the cam and taken off and is laughing at us somewhere with her brothers...they can be trixy those juvies  ;D

Eli:

Any word from Bev on Mr White at all?

Is there something wrong with the cameras there?  I keep going to camera 3 and it shows Froona standing there and then when it refreshes she is gone?

Did she fly the coop too?

Thank you for the report Eli.  I'm worried about Mr White too, trying not to be...but when you know the odds it's not always easy.

I hope Mr White is okay. The drama in Edmonton has been unending this year. Hopefully another week of practice and they will all be floating around the site with the greatest of ease.

Last night, we had 7 people plus one dog watching out for our falcon chicks, a great turnout by a devoted group; mind you, my dog was not interested in the chicks, but he sure had a keen interest in Peter's supper.  All the action seems to happen with the chicks in the early morning and afternoon, when Bev does not have as many people to help her, but, fortunately, the construction workers are very helpful, and it was one of them who helped Bev rescue the feisty Mr. Yellow, and he got bitten for his efforts.

We looked for Mr. White last night, and listened for him, but nothing.  We are all worried about him.  The biologist told Bev that it is great if we only lose one chick, but we all need to know what happened to Mr. White.

Will be there after work tonight.  I hope Bev will not be overworked with rescusing birds during the day, which promises to be very hot.  She usually gets help in the afternoon, thank goodness.  I expect we will all be there on the weekend, especially as we expect Froona to go for it on Sunday, perhaps Saturday.

Thanks Peter, gee I hope they find Mr White soon.  The parents should know where he is..sometimes they dont' give it away but they will have to feed him.  Hope the little guy is okay.
Thanks Mr. (Peter) Bev.  Hope all is well with Mr. White.
As for Froona....she's is one beauty!!!
