Elk River Banding slated for June 9th at 10 am (CDT).  I think this is a typo and have contacted Elk River for more information.  Will keep y'all posted.

Hi, deedream.  Yup. it does lok nice out.  And all three are there in the huddle.  I guess if the egg is still there, they're on top of it.  Which they seem to be a lot, because I often can't see it.

One of them has been in the front right corner again for the last hour, but a parent came with food and it scooted right over to join in.  It's amazing to see that their darker feathers are already starting to appear.  So, the egg is STILL there?  Wow.

All the chicks have trekked down the nestbox to the near side by the camera to join their camera-puzzled mom. How fast they grow! How soon they are mobile! And to think we watched them hatch just over a week ago . . . sniff! ;)

Now there are two chicks exploring: one in each far right corner of the next box.
The adult in charge is paying no attention to them; instead staring very suspiciously at the camera (reflections in the lens?)

The little wanderer is off in the corner again.

These chicks are definitely getting mobile and starting to explore their environment!

Whew is right, my it is nerve racking watching all that.  I have to strain my eyes to see if everyone gets fed,  thankfully enough for all and there was enough to go around, our little wanderer got lots too eventually.  lol.

hmmm, feeding time and the chick in corner is Not moving.  Other two getting well fed, wonder what in the world is wrong.  Well can see it moving a tiny bit but does not seem to be trying to get over for anything to eat. Oh,,, its turned around, oh, thank god,, there it goes, doing a lot of stumbling, hope it gets right in there, ...

I'm just noticing now that the unhatched egg is still sitting in the nestbox near the two chicks. I'm surprised that it hasn't been disposed of by now.

She went over and tried to get at him again but he wouldn't budge so she went back to the other two. He seems to be moving around quite a bit over there, but I'm not too sure what he's up to.

Mom just went out for a stretch then flew away.
One of the adults is back with food so the two chicks that are together are getting fed but the little one in the corner doesn't seem to notice that its feeding time. I hope he clues in before he misses his chance to eat.
