I've been noticing the clouds getting darker in the background, took a peek at the radar and they are soon in for some rainand t-storms I would venture to guess.

Ballywing is right, it wasn't graceful but I am sure the chick is fine. No doubt they have bumps and bruises from their training flights lol

I think mom is on the ledge - trying to see and I think the chest is speckled.

I'm sure the chick is fine, Eli.  Otherwise mom would have gone after it.  Just wasn't graceful.

One of the parents was in the nest box just now, and one of the chicks just came in for a landing at a very fast speed, and hit the nestbox on the side, and fell.  I sure hope the chick is o.k. - there is no way of knowing, and I am sure concerned for this chick.

Looked like Dad in the nestbox and someone seemed to be coming in but missed and kept on going. I would say the kids sure are territorial when it comes to the nestbox.

I'm impressed you guys can see the foot color - doesn't come across well enough for me to tell.  I have to see the front and look for vertical/horizontal to tell kid/adult.  That and the kids are more brown, which I can sometimes tell.  But the feet are near impossible for me to use (which means when backs are to me, I'm outta luck)

It was Mom in the nestbox hunting for scrapes of food, she looked like she was about to do some scraping when what I believe is one of the kids came in a shooed her out. Yep one of the kids, just got a look at the front markings.

lol...it's either mom or dad with the bright yellow talons...now I think that's Lightning that just jumped in, looks like she's squawking away...still no audio
