I'm trying to get a photo of something more than her toes but so far she is being very uncooperative ... but then, its the first day we've seen her so maybe she'll be more cooperative tomorrow  :D

You can see Sol perched on the nest box, Hurricane is on the tallest pole on the communications tower.

because McKenzie Seeds is unoccupied there is no infrastructure for us to tap into anymore for the computers er al and there are increasing health and safety concerns - the worst of which is up the tower where we used to have our camera.  I don’t like to say never because things can change unexpectedly but highly unlikely for the foreseeable future.  But we always keep cams in mind and Brandon is always high on our wish list!

We have two here now!  8)

I believe the female is Hurricane, it looks that way from from her markings. She was perched on the green post on MTS building which is one of Hurricane's spots. She wasn't keen on showing any leg and I don't blame her! I had my gloves on taking photos. BRRRRRRR!!! ::)
