Hi, I am originally from NH in the US and have been following the osprey tracking program there as the birds return to their nesting areas.  The research program and tracking are run by the Squam Lake Science Center very close to where I spent my summers; Squam Lake was the setting for "On Golden Pond."  Many birders up and down the cost of the US have been avidly following these backpacked birds....the schools are even using them for geography lessons!  Just thought you might like to link up as well!  Cathy Welch in Clandeboye
