Hey!  There are two boys and a girl home.  Who returned?

????...sorry not Trey  ;)
Good thing the ground crew knows who's who and where!

So, despite some words from Princess, our girl is back to grumbling.  Could she be lonely?  Some of those noises remind me of whimpering.

Well, Des and I gave up at 4 PM.  No supper delivered yet.  Fyfe tried to fly up the wall to the next roof but was not able to go more than a couple of feet.  He finally sprawled out on his little roof to take a nap.  Parents were flying around, checking things out.  He is really quiet - no sounds all day (6 AM - 4PM) while we were on watch.  Drove and walked all around the downtown area and could not see any signs of Carson.  Hope he is ok.  I am sure his parents know exactly where he is.  Des will be going down a first light tomorrow morning to keep watch and keep everyone updated.

Trey did a quick landing on the edge and then took off after a bit of discussion with Beatrix.  It seems to have her calmed down somewhat, though she is still noising.

1600h
Still no sign of Carson but both adults have been disappearing and reappearing periodically through the afternoon so they probably know where he is even if we can't find him.  Fyfe is currently flat on his belly napping (thanks Des, Jazzer & Dennis) and he'll probably be there for the next few hours at least.  Ivy was up on the Hydro sign plucking at something, might be a late lunch/early dinner for Fyfe.

Beatrix wingersizing, she pretty much knocks her brother over.  :o

LOL Rcf, yet another incredible video. Beatrix wingersizing (wonder what her wingspan is?) nearly caused Cade to fledge, thank God he removed himself from her line of flapping. Just the amount of wind coming off her chick wind tunnel could have blown him away "to infinity and beyond". ;D

Just checking in quickly before I run to get pigeons for my chick...I mean groceries for my daughter.  Spent several hours in the parkade watching Fyfe on the rooftop, resting and preening, a little bit of running and flapping of wings, a little dozing.  We were hoping for a food drop, but it hadn't happened when I left, a little after 1:30.  It's as awe-inspiring as it was last year and I know I'll always feel a thrill whenever I see a stunning juvie at such close range.   :-*
