Couldn't tell and unfortunately couldn't stop to identify who they were but it could be someone new or it could be someone old come a'visiting .... Ah!!! Could it be Ivy?! Would it be at all possible that Ivy would try to "court" two females at once?! Don't know about these things, where peregrines are concerned! That's my resident male that has the two females, both are incubating eggs now!Was there not something last year in one of the discussions of a male Peregrine having two females for awhile? I hope it is not the case. I hope it is a new male.

Do I think she is leaving? No. Just that she's off somewhere hunting or whatever. Without a male she's not in find a nest, lay some eggs mode, but its still her territory and she's been there for two years, so no reason to immediately assume that because Ivy has been downtown for a week that she will be looking for greener pastures already ....
