1240 hrs (Winnipeg) - Princess is out of luck and out of the sun now, it has gone behind the Radisson and her spot on the Sterling Building is now in the shade for the afternoon.  Trey has moved from the vent to the apex point on the nestledge so that he can stay in the sun as long as possible before having to move to other "digs".

12noon (Winnipeg) - Trey is on the vent on the nest ledge and Princess is in her normal spot on the Sterling Building - at the moment, cleaning her toes (don't want to know why  :P)

cause every Princess needs a Pedicure once in a while.

1030 hrs (Winnipeg) - the female is sitting on the nestledge, Trey is on the sign above her.  Both are sitting in the sun and snoozing.  The female I'm willing to say is probably Princess based on some new photos Pam sent me.  So until I confirm/deny by band number, y'all can call "her" Princess if you like, it really does look/behave like her ....

1000 hrs (Winnipeg) - have been watching Trey on the nestledge but then he flew off and now there is another bird back on the ledge but they are in the midst of a big preen so its hard to tell who it is. I think its Trey again, but there is some odd lighting so I keep thinking there is a "crown" on the bird's head.  I can't find the other bird to work out the identity by process of elimination either ...

Pretty funny there must of thought ok another crazy person on a Winnipeg street. I didnt see either of them.....Mind you I did see a terrible sight of a person who could not even stand........Scary. Wonder what he was on?? Maybe I need same stuff!!!!! LMAO. I will keep looking and Tracy don't worry about the job. I am a fixture here!

Welcome Jan,
Hope you get many more visits from the royal couple(at least one of them). Maybe you can get some shots of whoever visits your balcony. It is absolutely fabulous to have so many eyes on these celebrities.Look forward to more updates :)

Welcome Jan.
WOW!  :o
Lucky you to have a peregrine land on your balcony!  I've only had the opportunity to see one fly about 15-20 feet above my head, and I thought that was lucky  ;)

Hi    I'm new on here.     Did anyone see the 6:00 o'clock local Global newa last evening where they showed one of the Peregrines on the loop of the "R" on the Richardson Bldg ??  I think it might have been a live shot -- feathers blowing in the wind ...
Haven't seen the falcons around the legislature building yet this year ... Have a great "high-up" view of the Legislature Bldg. & all of downtown from my apt.  Will let you know if I spot the Peregrines.  Two years ago, one of the Peregrines landed on my balcony railing for about 40 mins.  It was wonderful -- what a fantastic beautiful bird !!!
