Welcome to the Forum Elaine! This is a great place to watch nature at its best, up close and personal.
We all laugh, cry, ooohhh, aawwww, gasp, and hearts are excited and broken when they fledge and we don't see them again. Only to be excited they made it. What an emotional roller coaster. Love them though!
That says it exactly! Great observation ;D

Yes it certainly does!  I am so looking forward to watching them get bigger and stronger with every day.  They are just so cute and P and T are such beautiful birds.  Just a joy to peek in on them every chance I get.

We got hail in Westwood...any downtown?
I think the wind was blowing the right way though...blowing from the West.
Hopefully Princess' crown didn't get too messed up.

Oh yea Whitehorse, don't want to say too much( not at all spooked by dates and all, but)
things are looking pretty good right now,
We'll all breathe better when the chicks can thermoregulate, about another 3 days or so.

Nope no rain right now. Just has a great look at Princess tucking the kids under - the one at the back almost got away, but she beaked him under her with little fuss.
Good thing it's getting dark, my face is hurting from smiling. ;D ;D

Hey birdlover, it is not my fav either, and since we no longer have *dark* up here (almost 24/7 daylight) it really makes a difference!

Wonder how the northern falcons (Tracy said there are some this far north) do in all the daylight?

Glad to see the little ones doing so well!  You guys could use some of the hot hot weather we are having here in Yukon, brilliant sunshine and 30 yesteday, was to hot for this northern bird!

Nope you can keep that stuff Whitehorse.  I like about 20, sunshine, nice breeze to keep the bugs away.  Then it's all good.
